    Install Gaffer’s runtime on the computers you already code on. Each clone of your repository becomes a checkout that can take a card.

    Put Work on the Board

    Describe a change in a sentence. Triage reads your code and writes the brief: what to build, why, and how to check it. You approve it, or your rules do.

  3. 03

    Let the Agents Land It

    The director sends each approved card to a free checkout. The agent builds it, scores its own work and opens the pull request, which lands once CI, the checks and your rules agree.
